Crazy Comment On Forum "How To Shape Malaysia"

This is the craziest comment i've ever found on the net. I accidently found this comment when I'm doing some research for my work in one of the popular forum in Malaysia. I'm not sure if this is an old issue and whether the person had been punished, but just want to share with fellow Malaysian.

HOW TO SHAPE malaysia

I would like to provide a plans on how to make malaysia to be the heaven on earth.
The steps are as follow:

1. Kill all the useless puppets (the Sultans and all his heirs)
2. Change the goverment (Barisan Nasional must be banned)
3. Demolish the special treatment to BUMIPUTRAS.
4. Give citizenship to high skill workers.(of at least two years working in Malaysia)
5. Give citizenship to people that invest RM1,000,000.00 to Malaysia.
6. Create a NEW MALAYSIAN Malaysia.(NO MORE RACISM IN THE COUNTRY)
7. Legalize Prostitution so that the goverment can control the disease (AIDS,ETC) spreads and lower down the raping cases.
8. Make rules that each female can have only 3 children. So that the Quality is there than the Quantity. There will less casses of abnormal child, poverty and having excessive children.
9. Not allow to marry more than one wife.High taxes to those marry more than one.(50% of what they earn) for having two wife and additional 25% there on for each one.
10.Legalize gambling for everybody including the Malays. They should have the same treatment as the non-muslim.Two more casino to be open on so that there will be no monopoly by only one person. Casino is a huge business and can attract a lot tourists. At the same time create new jobs.
11.Create a new RELIGION for people of Malaysia. Everybody having the same god so that the people can be happier, they can pray in the mosques,temples and churches. Not just a multi culture country, a country which the people have multi religion as well. Having the same religion, there will be freedom of having love partner.

These are the plans that will open the eye of peoples in the world.These is a Masterplan that will benefit the people and the future generations. As well as huge migration of people to the country that will have a lot of investment to Malaysia and skill people that our country needed so badly.
